Help articles are categorized with tags, we currently have eight categories. These are:

  • guestrooms-suites
  • meetings-events
  • vr
  • interactive-floorplans
  • interior-visuals
  • resort-maps
  • developers-guide
  • accounts

To create a new help article, log into your account and select new story from the main side menu to write the article. Before publishing the article select the settings icon on the top right and select the appropriate tag for the article.


Help article should also have the help tag added


Once your article is ready to be published, select the publish option and either set to publish now or publish later.
